We were back at the church in Mateo again today. Many more people were lined up this morning when we arrived. The good news of our Medical Brigade must have spread to the surrounding area. Many of us worked different areas today to once again find our spiritual and physical gifts...like Terri Blasingame working in dentistry....no she didnt pass out, and Paul and Karen Hemenway did well too. I didnt see what was going on in Childrens Evangelism, but judging from the noise....they were definitely having a good time singing Praises to the Lord.

Those working in Evangelism today were greatly blessed and felt the presence of the Holy Spirit working in the hearts of many Hondurans. Dr. Jim had a 6 year old boy, Carlos, whom he couldnt help because he needed special lenses. When Carlos and his mother met Terri in Evangelism, he told her he really wanted to go to heaven and wanted to know Jesus. Lee had an equally awesome experience in evangelism in the aftenoon. A lady brought in her 93 year old mother just so we could pray for her....which he did.

Ulmira had one difficult tooth extraction on a young boy. She and the two Honduran dentists worked over an hour, but eventually succeeded.
By the time the day was done we were all exhausted. The Pastor at the church was very thankful for our service to his community, and we thanked him for opening his church to us and his community, to receive medical and spiritual help.

Again, we wish we could send pictures, I know we have some awesome ones to share with all of you. We are hoping the computer will be fixed by Thursday. Tomorrow we have a day of visiting Rancho Ebenezer and relaxing a bit....if you call a one and a half hour bus ride up the mountain relaxing.
God Bless,
Gerry
