Today was our last day for the medical and evangelism brigade. When we arrived at Los Limones, there was a small group of Hondurans awaiting us. We opened our various areas, and greeted the people. The morning was steady and busy with a fairly constant stream of people coming in, and most of us commented that is was busier than Thursday.

A fairly high percentage of the people we saw were Christians, and from medical....they were in pretty good health also. None the less, they all received medicine, those that needed glasses got them, and all three dentists were busy most of the time. And of course they all stopped in Evangelism to receive the saving grace of the Gospel message.

The little children are beautiful, and all enjoyed having their hair washed. I am not so sure all the little girls enjoyed having their hair combed, as it if very long, thick, and tangels easily. Some of us working in a cross section of areas....sometimes out of our comfort zone, but ALL enjoyed the full experiences to be gained giving physical and spiritual aid to these wonderful and accepting Honduran people.
-
When we closed for the day, the Pastor of the church we were working with could not thank us enough for coming to Honduras to provide medical aid and spiritual care, and prayed for our safe return to our loved ones.
-
In summary, we saw 1590 people in medical, and 624 children heard the Gospel message. What an awesome week!!
-
In the evening, we shared with each other our greatest experience of the week, and how the Lord spoke to us. We are all anxious to come home tomorrow and reunite with our families. And may the Lord continue to bless the work of WGO in Honduras.
-
And we close with the words of Jesus in Mark 1 vs 38: Jesus replied, "Let us go somewhere else. I want to go to the nearby town, I must preach there also. That is why I have come."

God Bless the entire Body of Christ for we are one body.
